Don Buder is a strategic legal advisor and corporate transactional attorney to emerging growth and middle-market food and beverage, food tech, and ag tech innovators and investors.  He has significant experience in the areas of venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, distribution agreements, supply agreements, joint venture agreements, and other commercial transactions.  For over three decades Don has tried to provide every client with the three basic services: to find cost-effective solutions to legal and business problems; to offer advice that is direct and practical; and to keep the parties involved in any negotiation focused on their common business objectives.ent.  Don is currently Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of KCETLink TV, a nonprofit public media company with broadcast operations in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Technion Society - Silicon Valley and San Francisco Chapters, the Capital Campaign Committee of the Agricultural Institute of Marin, and is a Founding Faculty Member and member of the Advisory Board of the Food Business School at the Culinary Institute of America (Napa Valley).  He leads DWT’s NextGen Tech practice, which counsels clients at the convergence of established industries and emerging technologies.  Don holds a BA in history from Princeton University, a MIA from Columbia University, and a JD from UC Berkeley.
