Michael Springborn is an associate professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Policy at UC Davis. Springborn’s work focuses on problems involving decision-making under uncertainty, learning, adaptive management and environmental risk. Springborn holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder, a master’s degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara.
