Chad Sokol is the dry grocery buyer for Costco Wholesale's Bay Area regional office in Livermore. A UC Berkeley graduate, earning his Bachelor’s degree with honors in history, Sokol is a member of Costco’s national olive oil buying team, working to promote diverse olive oil supply as part of the world’s second-largest retailer of olive oil. In 2016, Sokol began serving in the California Organic Product Advisory Committee as an advisor to the state’s Secretary of Agriculture.
