Two-day Session
In this two-day sustainability course, professionals will gain understanding of the key concepts, tools, and ideas necessary to make business decisions integrating social and environmental elements as part of the core strategy. 

The sustainability effort for your organization is not about appeasing activists and figuring out how to make your business “less bad.” It is about providing new value to your organization by maximizing the available resources and moving beyond business as usual.

Who should attend

This session was developed for executives with demanding schedules. It was designed to be short and intensive, consisting of lectures, discussions, and interactive activities such as the review of cases studies and applied exercises. Participants are mid-career professionals who are challenged to solve complex cross-sectoral sustainability problems from a wide range of disciplinary, geographic, and organizational backgrounds including nonprofit and community-based organizations, applied research and education institutions, government, international agencies, and the business sector.
